Question: Why is it that when I make a jewelry show and people see my jewelry they would rather pay double the price than order online? Just curious if anyone knows the psychology of this.

Leah Shereshevsky:
The thing that comes to mind is that when you actually see a piece of jewelry in person you get a much better sense of the quality/look/style and you can see how it looks on you...but online you're kind of "guessing/hoping" (if that makes sense?) and then you have to pay shipping...so its more risky. Whereas in person you know you like it on the spot, no questions...make sense at all?

Free return shipping wld prob help but still it's a commitment thing. I for one am slightly color blind so I'd be nervous to order at colorful from the computer for sure.
